How do I track my order?

Once your item(s) have entered the shipping phase you'll receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped. This email will also contain your tracking number.

What is considred final sale?

All clearance items are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

My order hasn't been delivered, what should I do?

Please contact your local USPS or UPS location dependent on the shipping service your order was to be delivered by. If after contacting the shipping provider you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

I've just placed my order, can I change it?

Once orders are sent to production, we cannot cancel or change an order.

Have you recieved my return items. How long does it take to recieve my store credit?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at

Return Policy

Mother Hustler Tees does not offer refunds.We are a Print on Demand Company, so once orders are sent to production, we cannot cancel an order. Please DO NOT send your purchase back to the return address on the package.

If the product you received is deemed defective or incorrect your order is eligible for a return or exchange within 7 days of your item/s being delivered. Please see below for more information about how returns are handled:

  • You will be responsible for return shipping fees. We will cover shipping back to you.
  • Exchanged items must be in new condition. Worn items and items with stains, holes, or scents (from perfume) are not eligible to be returned for a size exchange.
  • If for some reason your tee arrives damaged or the wrong item is shipped, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Shipping Policy

We are a print on demand company. All products are made to order, with love. We reserve the right to ship items separately should an unforeseen delay come from one of our third parties. Order Processing Apparel takes between 2-14 business days to create. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to the email or cell phone number you provided during check out. Contact us if you have questions about your order. Shipping We ship via USPS (first class or priority). Due to the events regarding COVID-19, delays are worldwide with production/shipping times extending up to as long as 2 weeks. Prior to COVID-19 delays, US customers could expect to receive their item(s) in 2-5 business days after we processed the order. This time frame is now longer. USPS is keeping everyone posted on their delays via a red alert at the top of their website. Packages are moving slow, but they are moving. We must remain patient. We do not currently offer expedited shipping. In instances where items used for printing are out of stock, information referencing delays will be posted on each individual item and/or emailed to the customer. We are NOT responsible for post office issues relating to lost/stolen packages and/or incorrect provided shipping addresses. For example, if your tracking number shows that your package was “successfully delivered” then it becomes the responsibility of the post office, not that of Mother Hustler Tees Questions?
